Tomorrow I get to spend almost 22 hours on three planes. Atlanta to LA, LA to Sydney and Sydney to Christchurch. 3 hour layovers between each leg. I guess that means if all goes well I will be in transit for something like 29.5 hours including time in the Atlanta airport. Look for pics of the adventure when I can post them.

Post lots of plane pics. Or at least creepy shots of good looking flight attendants.

Just Christchurch I'm afraid. Going to visit International Aero Engines for work. I wish we had more time to explore.

I have a sticker on my laptop from there! It's a Kiwi with a jet engine on his back with the caption 'Kiwi Engine-uity'. The whole Kiwi ingenuity No.8 wire think is sort of a running joke here.

I'll need to get one of those. Right now I just have a MD-90 and 24 Hours of LeMons sticker.

Ugh. Back in 2000 I took a $700 student ticket from Boston to Sydney. With all the stops and layovers it was 32 hours of travel. Best of luck to you.

made it alright. I was in first the entire way, so no complaints. Just got into Simgapore and had to ride coach from NZ. It wasn't too bad as I had a good book to read.
